We have decided to incorporate in our webpage and logo, symbols from our Mapuche culture. A recognition to our culture and the profound connection of these Chileans with nature and environment. Therefore, our logo incorporated the SUN (Antü) on the left side, with the representative colours from the main algal groups (red, brown and green). Colours from LAB represent the identity of the Lafkeche culture (Sea People), they inhabit Bío Bío and Araucania regions in central-southern Chile. They have a deep understanding of the ocean, basically is part of they identity. Blue (kallfü) depicting the life, wealth and universe. Green (karü) represents earth, nature and wisdom.
